Jose provides essential hands-on support across BFAB’s active jobsites. He assists with site preparation, protection, materials, installations, repairs, punch-list work, and the countless daily details required to keep projects clean, organized, and moving forward. His reliability and willingness to step in wherever needed make him an important part of BFAB’s field team.

Nathan Meredith
Director of Field Operations & Senior Project Manager

Nathan leads BFAB’s field operations and manages projects from planning through completion. He coordinates field teams, subcontractors, schedules, materials, and site execution while developing the people working underneath him. His practical construction knowledge and leadership help keep projects organized, productive, and moving in the right direction.

Brandi Jennings
Founder, President & CEO | Class A License Holder

Brandi founded BFAB Construction with a commitment to doing construction differently—through honesty, accountability, education, and exceptional client service. With decades of construction experience, she provides BFAB’s executive vision, maintains oversight of the company’s Class A license, and leads the relationships and decisions that shape every project.

Leo Garza Guajardo
Field Project Manager

Leo coordinates projects in both the field and the office, working closely with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and BFAB’s field team. His hands-on construction experience allows him to understand project conditions firsthand, solve problems quickly, and help keep work progressing safely and efficiently.

Director of Construction Quality & Senior Project Manager

Jose leads BFAB’s construction-quality program while managing complex projects from start to finish. He oversees workmanship, trade coordination, field standards, inspections, and team training to ensure every project meets BFAB’s expectations. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things correctly help protect our clients and the quality of our work.

Melissa Martin
Senior Director of Construction Administration & Insurance Operations

Melissa leads BFAB’s construction administration and insurance restoration operations. As Brandi’s trusted right hand, she keeps teams organized, documentation moving, and complicated insurance and administrative requirements under control. Her leadership, judgment, and follow-through help keep BFAB’s projects and people moving forward.

Austin Robinson
Project Delivery Manager & Senior Project Manager

Austin manages the complete delivery of assigned projects, including schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, documentation, and closeout. He brings strong leadership and problem-solving skills to the team and is committed to making sure every project is well-managed from the first planning meeting through the final walkthrough.

Naiadi Salomao
Director of Business Systems & Data Operations

Naiadi manages the systems, data, reporting, and workflows that keep BFAB organized behind the scenes. She oversees Buildertrend processes, project information, document controls, and operational reporting while continually improving the way our team works and communicates.

Jan Taylor
Lead Designer

Jan leads BFAB’s design, selections, purchasing, and onsite finish coordination. She helps clients select materials and finishes that work beautifully within their vision, budget, and actual field conditions. From verifying measurements and product compatibility to monitoring finish installations onsite, Jan helps carry each design from concept through final completion.
