A lot of people think insurance restoration is just demo and rebuilding, but a huge part of the job is advocating for the homeowner. These kitchen cabinets were too damaged to salvage, so we’re replacing everything. Since there weren’t leftleftover materials to reference, I even went on Zillow to see the home’s original condition so we could properly match the quality the insured had before the loss. Most people don’t realize how much goes into an insurance claim.
