Back at Convict Coffee for a quick progress update. All our rough-ins for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing are done. Now we’re just waiting on inspections before we start closing things up and moving into the finishing stages. The bathroom is getting upgraded to be ADA compliant with a wall-mounted sink, we’re touching up some FRP, HVHVAC is in, and the lights are going up… with one more run coming over the prison art. Things are moving fast.
