Welcome to Convict Coffee, a future home in progress! We’re excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at one of our newest tenant-finish projects: transforming this empty space into Convict Coffee, a full-service café built from the ground up. Demo is already underway as we’ve opened up the walls so we can run new electrical and plumbing, and the entire front section will soon house all the coffee equipment, panini stations, and prep areas. In the back, we’re updating the bathroom to meet full ADA requirements, and the main floor will feature cozy booths, merchandise displays, and a layout that flows perfectly for customers. We’re rerouting electrical, adding a full speaker system, updating HVAC while reusing what we can, and making every inch of this space work. A lot is happening in a small footprint, but once we’re done, it’s going to be an incredible spot for the community. Stay tuned!
