We’re down to the studs, the roof is off, and the tarps are up. Right now, we’re balancing progress with Mother Nature while we wait for city approval on major basement changes. Once the revised plans are approved, the new foundation can go in, the back half of the house will come off, and the full addition will begin taking shape.
