While I’m out of town, the work doesn’t stop—and that says everything about this team. 💪 Watching the progress being made back home reminds me why I’m so proud of what we’re building. Projects are moving forward, details are being handled, and the standard stays high even when I’m not on site. I’m incredibly grateful for the people I get to work alongside every day. The life I’m able to live, the opportunities I have, and the freedom to step away when needed all come from hard work, consistency, and surrounding myself with people who take pride in what they do.
