Stop-work orders are real, and cutting corners isn’t an option. On this job, we discovered we’ll need to add a sub panel that wasn’t in the original scope. Still, it has to be engineered and installed to code. The building wasn’t built to code to begin with, so we’re making smart, budget-friendly modifications to get it safe, compliant, and ready for a real certificate of occupancy.
