@bfab.construction I’m not a huge fan of smart switches, and this is why. They often rely on batteries and workarounds when the real issue is layout. Here, the original switch location conflicted with king studs that couldn’t be moved. Instead of forcing a smart switch or sensor to make it work, we coordinated with the door manufacturer and flipped the door.
